Requirements:
“Hands-on” knowledge of building systems.
Manage and schedule subcontractors.
Ability to manage self-performed work to a budget.
Prepare, maintain and manage job schedule.
Maintain a safe workplace.
Strong sense of urgency to bring in projects on time and on budget.
Review all drawings, specifications and subcontractor submittals.
Assure work quality; set standards for quality control.
Other responsibilities as required.
Field construction experience at supervisory level.
Basic scheduling skills.
Able to supervise and manage self-performed work.
Excellent people skills – effective communicator.
Knowledge of OSHA laws plus excellent
safety record.
Strong computer and communication skills.
Pass LiveScan requirements.
